PATRICK Managing Principal    Prior to founding SCA in 2001, Mr. Patrick was involved in the acquisition and asset management of over one billion dollars of commercial real estate and commercial mortgages during his ten-year tenure with Credit Suisse First Boston and Daiwa Securities America.   From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Patrick was Senior Vice President of Daiwa Securities America in New York. In this capacity, Mr. Patrick founded and managed Daiwa Securities’ $100 million U.S. real estate investment program.   Before joining Daiwa, Mr. Patrick was Vice President of Credit Suisse First Boston in New York. During his seven-year tenure with Credit Suisse First Boston, Mr. Patrick resided in Houston, Los Angeles and New York and focused primarily on principal investments for the firm’s $175 million real estate opportunity fund, Praedium Recovery Fund.   Mr. Patrick has acquired and managed investments in all major property types across the U.S., ranging from small, single assets to large, complex real estate and loan portfolios. Mr. Patrick maintains an extensive network of industry and capital relationships.   Mr. Patrick is also President of Summit Real Estate Management, LLC, an affiliated property management and leasing company, and Pineview Homes, LLC, a custom homebuilding company in Douglas County, Colorado.
		THUAN N. TRAN Financial Analyst   Mr. Tran joined Summit Capital Advisors in 2005 as a Financial Analyst. His responsibilities include screening and analyzing potential acquisitions, preparation of pro-forma financial projections, market research, due diligence, and IT systems development.   Mr. Tran is a graduate of the University of Denver, having received a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management, a Master of Business Administration in Hotel Finance and Investment, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
